• What time are performances at West T Hill? Performances are at 7:30 PM on Fridays and Saturdays and on Sundays shows are at 3:00 PM.

• How much do tickets cost at West T. Hill? All performances are $13.00 each (Special events or children’s shows may differ). You will be able to use VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover or PayPal.

• I am having issues with order tickets using my iPhone, what is wrong? MacOS and iOS users please note: We have had issues with the default Safari Web Browser for MacOS and iOS.Please download the free Chrome, Firefox or Microsoft Edge browser app for your Apple products to use with our ticketing system. If you do not wish to download one of these apps, please contact our Box Office to purchase tickets.

• I bought a ticket for a show at West T. Hill but I don’t see it on my bank statement? Your statement will show a charge from “Sellingticket Ent with an 800 Number“.

• I can’t make it to a show I already bought tickets to, what can I do? All tickets sold are final sale so you can either give your tickets away to someone or you can call the box office and try to exchange your tickets for another night. We will NOT be able to give you your money back though.

• I’m going to be late to a show- can I get my money back and come another night? There are NO REFUNDS and you must be seated 10 minutes before the start time of the show. We reserve the right to resell your seat(s) if we have not been notified of a late arrival.
